Terms of Service

1. About Ice Clean Works Ltd

Ice Clean Works Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17027354). These terms govern the provision of dry ice cleaning and ceramic protection services.

2. Services

Ice Clean Works Ltd provides specialist dry ice blasting and IGL Aegis ceramic anti-corrosion coating services for vehicles. All services are subject to a pre-treatment suitability assessment. We reserve the right to decline or modify the scope of service if assessment reveals the vehicle is not suitable.

3. Pre-Treatment Assessment

A written suitability assessment is conducted before any work begins. This assessment documents the condition of the vehicle and identifies any areas where the service will not be performed. No work commences until the assessment is signed off and agreed with the client.

4. What the Service May Reveal

Dry ice cleaning removes surface contamination and may expose pre-existing conditions including corrosion, surface damage, previous repairs, or deterioration beneath grime or underseal. Ice Clean Works Ltd does not create these conditions. We will document and discuss any findings with the owner before proceeding.

5. Pricing

Pricing is confirmed following the pre-treatment assessment and varies according to the scope of work required. No work is undertaken without agreement on price in advance.

6. Insurance

Ice Clean Works Ltd holds specialist insurance covering property in our care, custody and control. This policy is structured for high-value vehicle work and covers direct physical damage arising from our services. It does not cover pre-existing conditions identified during the assessment process.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions revealed during the cleaning process, consequential losses, or loss of use. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

8. IGL Aegis Coating

IGL Aegis is applied by a certified technician. The product is applied to cleaned substrates only. Compatibility with existing treatments is confirmed prior to application. Ice Clean Works Ltd does not provide the IGL manufacturer's warranty — this is a matter between the client and IGL directly.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
